A $200 post-dated check (10/1/2026) is required to be turned in at uniform pick-up. Parents/guardians must sign up for their required two volunteer opportunities by September 15th. Families who do not sign up by this deadline will be considered as not completing their requirements, and their check will be cashed on October 16, 2026.
Parents must complete both required volunteer opportunities to receive their volunteer fee refund. Partial refunds will not be given for completing only one opportunity.
After the September 15th deadline, families who have signed up to fulfill their two required volunteer opportunities may sign up for up to three additional opportunities. For each extra opportunity completed, they will receive $50 monetary reimbursement per opportunity as a refund up to their total registration cost.
